Shipping & Returns


We ship to the lower 48 states with the exception of Washington, Oregon and California.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For all nursery stock, including trees, shrubs, perennials and plug flats, shipping is included in the price of the product.

For general product, shipping rates are based on the total value of the order, at 20%, 25% or 30% depending on region.  For Indiana residents, shipping will be 20% of the order total.  All Indiana residents must pay a 7% sales tax; if you are able to provide a retail certificate, we can waive the tax; for this, we must request that you submit the order offline for processing.

All orders have a $7.00 handling fee, no matter the shipping location or order size.

Returns/Refund Policy & Plant Quality Guarantee

Please note that plants are not eligible for return.  We guarantee that you'll be sent live, healthy plants; if you feel that the stock you have received is not satisfactory, please call us within 7 days of receiving the plants.  We'll request you provide photos, and will reimburse your order.

If we deem your plants to be beyond reviving, we will replace them at no charge.  If we are out of stock of the plants you are needing replaced, we will refund that portion of your order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we are out of stock of any plants, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.  Due to uncertainties involved with growing, any preorders for stock will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We will notify you immediately if we are out of stock on any plant you have ordered.
